She is the most coolest doc I have ever seen, always greeting with a smile,she answers and explains everything in detail very patiently. I went to her for pre pregnancy counseling as I had I had a high risk pregnancy,from the beginning she supported me , guided me and most importantly she gave me all the moral support which I needed the most, be it through msg or calls she was always there for me. I can't put in words and can go on and on about her.("Thank you) will be a very small word to use for her, she is not only a very good doc but also a very good human being. Today I owe my baby only because of Tulika Ma'am. She is highly knowledgeable and experienced doctor.       Dr. Tulika Tayal is a great doctor who specializes in fetal medicine who believes in conservative management of ectopic pregnancies including the most complex forms like the CSP. While these methods are time taking, wherever possible, are the best approach to take as it follows the nature. Dr Tulika here excels by first dispelling all her patients fears, then explaining why this approach is better thus preparing for the time this takes, which she did to me when I was diagnosed with CSP. Her followup next makes the time spent in this treatment bearable and with hope. That said, She never adamantly gets away from possibility of other methods including surgical approaches, She constantly stays in touch with other faculties to evaluate the best approach only seeking other methods as last resort. A doctor who invests in learning should be your best bet and that's Tulika who stays a ahead as well as makes you comfortable that always is needed in time taking conservative management. I would 100% recommended Dr Tulika to anyone needing in fetal medicine area without inkling second thoughts.

        We were initially conceived with DCDA twins. At 14-16 weeks window, from NT scan and early TIFFA scan reports, one of the fetus (A) was identified with an absent femur bone in right leg which is concluded as birth defect. Fetus (B) was completely normal. It was tough time for us, having searched for a solution in twin cities, the unianomous decision/options from doctor's fraternity was to a) Terminate both b) Live with a crippled baby along with a good baby. Also, option b) was least suggested by doctors because the problem for fetus A can't be repaired and will create a pshycological difference between twin babies when they grow up together. We were devasted and couldnt take any decision almost surrendered ourselves to fate. That was the time we met Dr. Tulika Tayal. I still remember my first discussion with her, which gave a breathe of life for our entire family. She was the only person in twin cities, who gave an alternate option to reduce fetus A using advanced fetal medicine technique. Finally, we have gone ahead with fetal reduction and terminated fetus A at 19 weeks which could be risky going forward for the survival of the other baby......

          I owe my third healthy pregnancy completely to Dr Tulika . My first child is already suffering from Hemophilia . I have undergone extreme pain with the suffering of my first child and did not have courage to face same situation again . I was referred to Dr Tulika by gynaecologist during my second pregnancy to check if second child has same problem or not . She explained us everything and did amniocentesis. Unfortunately that pregnancy was affected with Hemophilia and I decided to terminate the pregnancy. I lost my whole world . She gave me lot of counselling and emotional support . I got pregnant again . I again visited her and the moment I got to know that there is 50 percent chance that my baby will be affected ..........
